A simple way to do that is tell your family you can‘t use any energy, almost, for the whole day.

Just try to make them more aware of what they‘re wasting. Try to make them value what they have.

I guess micro-management is the best way. Just stay on TOP of them. It‘s gonna be a job for you, but just do that.
